Our Volunteering Programs in Morocco

Community Development
Project: Village Renewal (تجديد القرية)

The “Village Renewal” project focuses on improving infrastructure in rural areas. Volunteers help build schools, install clean water systems, and create community gardens. This project has greatly improved the quality of life in several rural communities.

The project aims to enhance the living conditions in rural areas by addressing key infrastructural needs. Volunteers work hand in hand with local communities to identify areas that require attention, ensuring the solutions are sustainable and beneficial in the long term.

Constructing new schools ensures children have a conducive environment for learning. Installing clean water systems reduces the prevalence of waterborne diseases, significantly improving health standards. Community gardens provide fresh produce and foster a sense of shared responsibility.

The impact includes better health outcomes, increased school attendance, and stronger community bonds. The gardens also promote food security and nutrition.

Women’s Empowerment
Project: Empower Her (تمكينها)

The “Empower Her” project organizes workshops where women learn skills like entrepreneurship, leadership, and financial literacy. Volunteers help run these workshops, providing support and guidance to participants.

The project promotes gender equality by equipping women with tools for personal and professional development. Volunteers mentor and guide, creating a safe space for growth and empowerment.

Success stories include women starting businesses, taking leadership roles, and achieving financial independence. This project has had a significant impact on communities by increasing female participation in social and economic development.

Environmental Conservation
Project: Green Morocco (المغرب الأخضر)

Through the “Green Morocco” project, volunteers engage in tree planting, waste management, and recycling programs. They also organize clean-up days in local parks and beaches to promote a cleaner environment.

The project combats deforestation, reduces pollution, and promotes eco-friendly habits. Volunteers lead educational workshops to raise awareness and encourage sustainable behavior.

Results include improved air quality, cleaner neighborhoods, and increased public engagement in environmental protection. Educational sessions also change attitudes towards recycling and conservation.

Technology and Digital Skills Training
Project: Digital Future (مستقبل رقمي)

The “Digital Future” project equips individuals with essential tech and digital skills. Volunteers teach basic computer use, internet safety, and more advanced topics like coding and digital marketing.

Workshops target youth, adults, and seniors. The focus includes online safety, privacy, and ethical technology use. Volunteers guide participants on protecting personal data and using digital tools responsibly.

For youth, training supports entry into the digital job market. Seniors also benefit, staying connected and accessing services online. This inclusive approach ensures no one is left behind in the digital era.

Our Volunteering Programs Outside Morocco

Med Forum Morocco offers international volunteering programs with partners from Europe, Africa, and Asia. These programs provide Moroccan youth the chance to support impactful projects abroad, gain new skills, and experience different cultures.

European Solidarity Programs (18-30 Y.O)

Supported by the European Union, these programs allow youth to volunteer in meaningful projects across Europe. We collaborate with over 25 countries to give Moroccan youth access to these opportunities.

Volunteers contribute in fields like social inclusion, environmental work, education, and healthcare. They gain valuable experience, improve employability, and build international friendships.

Partnerships with African and Asian Partners (18-45 Y.O)

In Africa, we partner with organizations in Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa. Projects include school construction, health clinics, and sustainable farming. In Asia, partners in India, Nepal, and Thailand focus on women’s rights, youth education, and environmental action.

These programs allow Moroccan volunteers to address global challenges and contribute meaningfully to local communities abroad, gaining international experience and insight.
