Help Medforumm grow its online presence by creating content, managing social media platforms, and crafting compelling communications that reach young audiences across Morocco and beyond.

Support the planning and execution of local and international events, workshops, youth exchanges, and community gatherings organised by Medforumm.

Assist in identifying funding opportunities, building relationships with partners, and supporting grant applications and donor communications.

Engage directly with local communities, support field projects, and represent Medforumm at grassroots level across Moroccan cities and regions.

Support Medforumm’s day-to-day administrative functions including documentation, scheduling, data management, and internal coordination.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly motivated Chief of Staff to oversee the organisation’s programmes, operations, and team coordination. This senior leadership role combines strategic planning, programme development, funding expertise, and representation.

Organise local events, manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate international partner visits, and promote the organisation through social media and media outreach.

Coordinate youth participation in international exchanges and local training events, managing logistics, project development, and participant support throughout programme delivery.

Manage Medforumm’s social media presence, create engaging content, and help spread our mission to wider audiences across Morocco and the Mediterranean region.
