👉 You can apply if:
- You’re between 18 and 30 years old
- You speak English well enough to join group activities
- You’re available for the whole program
🧩 What’s this project about?
AStage4All invites young people to explore how intelligence grows and how it influences the way we understand ourselves, others, and the world around us. The project takes a clear position: intelligence is not something you are born with and stuck with forever. It develops over time. With curiosity, consistent effort, and real-life experiences, anyone can sharpen their thinking and expand their mental abilities.
This exchange gives you the chance to reflect on your personal growth and better understand how your learning habits shape your decisions and actions. You will explore different ways of thinking, discover how your mindset affects your confidence, and learn how to turn new ideas into action. Instead of looking at intelligence as a fixed score or a talent you either have or don’t, this project helps you see it as a set of skills that grow with time and practice.
You will also step into a space where real connection matters. You will share this journey with other young people from different backgrounds who are also ready to think deeply, speak honestly, and grow together. Through interactive workshops, group challenges, creative sessions, and open discussions, you will not only develop your skills but also support others in their growth. This exchange values your voice, your experience, and your potential to make change happen.
AStage4All doesn’t give quick answers. It helps you ask better questions, challenge what you think you know, and build a clearer path toward the person you want to become.
