We are a Moroccan non-profit founded in Rabat in 2017. We work at the intersection of youth development, civic engagement, and social innovation, creating programmes that equip young Moroccans with the tools, access, and confidence to lead change in their own communities and beyond.
We started with a simple conviction: young Moroccans deserve the same access, the same platforms, and the same trust that is available elsewhere. Everything we have built since 2017 in Rabat flows from that belief.
From a Rabat office to a global network
What began with local workshops in Rabat grew into something we never planned but always believed was possible. Morocco deserved more. So we built it.
Rabat, Morocco with partners across four continents
Med-Forum Morocco started as a small team in Rabat with one goal: to give young Moroccans access to the same international opportunities available elsewhere. We ran workshops in neighbourhoods, trained facilitators, and built trust one community at a time.
Today, we host international exchanges in Morocco, send young Moroccans on mobility programmes across Europe, and partner with organisations from Portugal to Jordan. But our headquarters, our heart, and our primary mission remain rooted in Morocco.
Our growth has been intentional. Every new partnership and every new country we enter is driven by a need we can see in Moroccan communities and a belief that international exposure makes our youth stronger, not weaker.
See Our Impact →What Defines Us
Field First
Every programme starts with a real conversation in a real community. We never design from a desk. We sit with people, understand what they need, and co-create from there.
Quality Over Quantity
We would rather deliver one programme properly than ten without follow-up. Every training, exchange, and workshop is designed to last in a participant’s life long after it ends.
Youth at the Centre
Young people are not beneficiaries in our model. They are decision-makers, facilitators, and leaders. We provide the platform, they provide the direction.
Accountability
We measure what we do. Every project reports outcomes, every participant gives feedback, and every partnership is evaluated. Transparency is not optional for us.
Global Thinking, Local Action
We bring international standards and proven frameworks to Moroccan communities. Our programmes are globally informed but always locally relevant to the young people we serve in Morocco.
Long-term Relationships
We do not disappear after one project. We maintain relationships with our partners, our alumni, and our host communities for years. That continuity is what creates real change.
What We Stand For
Two pillars that guide everything we do, from the smallest workshop to the largest partnership.
Our Mission
To open doors for anyone who wants to contribute to the well-being of their community, locally or globally. We make education accessible to all, provide tools that allow knowledge to be passed on, and create equal opportunities for those with fewer chances.
Our Vision
A connected Mediterranean where young people lead, contribute, and shape a more united world through knowledge, exchange, and shared growth. A society built on diversity, solidarity, and active citizenship regardless of background or borders.
