Leads the strategic vision, partnerships, and institutional representation of Medforumm. Oversees programme direction and stakeholder relations across Morocco, Europe, and the Mediterranean.

Oversees all Erasmus+ projects across KA1 and KA2 actions. Writes grant applications, manages reporting cycles, and ensures programme quality across the full project lifecycle.

Manages specific Erasmus+ projects day-to-day. Coordinates with partner organisations across Europe, handles logistics, and ensures timely delivery of all project activities.

Delivers workshops, facilitates youth exchanges, and works directly with participants on the ground. Designs non-formal education sessions and supports intercultural learning activities.

Manages budgets, EU grant reporting, and organisational compliance. Handles day-to-day administration, procurement, and financial transparency across all funded projects.
